A. Lieferinformationen
1. Liefergebiet
Wir liefern standardmäßig nach Deutschland, in die Schweiz sowie international in die jeweils im Checkout auswählbaren Länder.
Die Verfügbarkeit des Versands in einzelne Länder kann sich aufgrund logistischer, rechtlicher oder politischer Rahmenbedingungen jederzeit ändern. Maßgeblich sind die im Checkout auswählbaren Versandländer.
Sollten Sie eine Lieferung in ein Land wünschen, das im Checkout nicht auswählbar ist, schreiben Sie uns bitte vor einer Bestellung an joshua.martel@web.de und nennen Sie uns den gewünschten Artikel, die Menge sowie die vollständige Lieferadresse mit Land und Postleitzahl. Wir teilen Ihnen dann mit, ob eine Lieferung möglich ist und welche Versandkosten anfallen.
2. Versandkosten
Die jeweils anfallenden Versandkosten werden im Bestellprozess bzw. im Checkout angezeigt.
Aktuelle Standardversandkosten:
Deutschland: 4,99 €
Schweiz: 14,00 €
Für internationale Lieferungen in andere Länder werden die Versandkosten abhängig vom Zielland im Checkout berechnet und angezeigt.
3. Hinweise zum Versand außerhalb der EU
Bei Lieferungen in Länder außerhalb der Europäischen Union können im Einzelfall zusätzliche Kosten anfallen, die wir nicht zu vertreten haben und die von Ihnen zu tragen sind. Hierzu zählen insbesondere:

einfuhrrechtliche Abgaben oder Steuern, z. B. Zölle
4. Lieferzeiten
Die jeweils geltende Lieferzeit wird auf der jeweiligen Produktseite angegeben.
Sofern im jeweiligen Angebot keine andere Frist angegeben ist, erfolgt die Lieferung von Waren innerhalb von:
Deutschland: 3–7 Werktage
Schweiz: 7–14 Werktage
Internationale Lieferungen: je nach Zielland unterschiedlich
Bei Vorkasse beginnt die Lieferfrist am Tag nach Erteilung des Zahlungsauftrags an das überweisende Kreditinstitut. Bei anderen Zahlungsarten beginnt die Lieferfrist am Tag nach Vertragsschluss.
Wenn Sie mehrere Artikel mit unterschiedlichen Lieferzeiten bestellen, versenden wir die Ware in einer gemeinsamen Sendung, sofern nichts anderes vereinbart wurde. In diesem Fall gilt für die gesamte Bestellung die Lieferzeit des Artikels mit der längsten Lieferzeit.
5. Digitale Inhalte
Digitale Inhalte werden dem Kunden wie folgt bereitgestellt:

C. Hinweise zu digitalen Inhalten
Bei digitalen Inhalten beginnt die Ausführung des Vertrags auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch des Kunden bereits vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist. Mit Zustimmung des Kunden zur sofortigen Ausführung und der Bestätigung der Kenntnis vom Verlust des Widerrufsrechts erlischt das Widerrufsrecht vorzeitig, sobald mit der Vertragserfüllung begonnen wurde.

A. Delivery Information
1. Delivery Area
We deliver by default to Germany, Switzerland, and internationally to the countries available at checkout.
The availability of shipping to individual countries may change at any time due to logistical, legal, or political circumstances. The countries available at checkout are decisive.
If you would like delivery to a country that is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order at joshua.martel@web.de and provide the desired item, the quantity, and the complete delivery address including country and postal code. We will then inform you whether delivery is possible and which shipping costs apply.
2. Shipping Costs
The applicable shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process or at checkout.
Current standard shipping rates:
Germany: €4.99
Switzerland: €14.00
For international deliveries to other countries, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the destination country.
3. Information on Shipping Outside the EU
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases which are not our responsibility and which must be borne by you. These include, in particular:
fees for money transfers by credit institutions
import duties or taxes, such as customs duties
4. Delivery Times
The applicable delivery time is stated on the respective product page.
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods will take place within:
Germany: 3–7 business days
Switzerland: 7–14 business days
International deliveries: depending on the destination country
In the case of advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring credit institution. For other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded.
If you order several items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time of the item with the longest delivery time applies to the entire order.
5. Digital Content
Digital content is provided to the customer as follows:

6. Self-Collection

C. Information on Digital Content
For digital content, performance of the contract begins at the customer’s express request before the expiry of the withdrawal period. With the customer’s consent to immediate performance and confirmation of their knowledge of the loss of the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely as soon as performance of the contract has begun.
D. Information on Personal Data
As part of order and payment processing, we process personal data only to the extent necessary for contract processing, payment processing, and compliance with legal obligations.
